  • Volunteering projects
  • National sector leadership

What it will not fund

  • Individuals
  • Retrospective projects
  • Land, buildings, furniture or fittings
  • Profit-making projects
  • Debt

  • New or existing permanent positions (capability priority)

Good to know

Capability and youth worker training requests can go in any time; allow 12 weeks. The capability money pays for a skilled professional, not a permanent role.

Organisational capability and youth worker training are always open; sector leadership and volunteering have one round a year (May to June).
