Checklist

What Eastern & Central Community Trust says you need:

• Own bank account
• NZBN for grants over $10,000
• Current bank deposit slip
• Signed resolution by two authorised signatories
• Budget
• Annual accounts
• Quotes (two for capital works or assets)
• One successful grant per April to March year
